Serving exceptional food has always been at the heart of what we do at The Stag. Our vision was to create a destination gastropub in Buckinghamshire celebrating seasonal British food, local ingredients, and relaxed countryside hospitality.
Led by Head Chef Martin Lee, formerly of Hartwell House and a three-time National Chef of the Year semi-finalist, our talented kitchen team has earned 2 prestigious AA Rosettes and a place in the Good Food Guide. Our menus are crafted around fresh, local produce and designed to suit every taste, from casual lunches to refined evening dining.
We serve lunch and dinner Wednesday to Saturday, and roasts on a Sunday, which are enjoyed by regulars and first-time visitors alike.
