Getting our food offering right has always been key to our vision at The Stag. We set out to create a destination restaurant that serves outstanding food celebrating fresh local produce in a beautiful but relaxed and informal setting.
Led by Head Chef Martin Lee, formerly of Hartwell House and a three-time National Chef of The Year semi-finalist, our amazing kitchen team have crafted a range of menus to suit every taste.
