Still a roast. Just with a bit more sunshine.

There’s nothing quite like a Sunday roast at The Stag, but when the sun’s out, we like to give our beloved classic a warm-weather makeover.

Starting Sunday 29th June, we’re serving a lighter, brighter take on the traditional roast, inspired by the best of British summer produce. Expect vibrant flavours, seasonal ingredients, and all the trimmings with a fresher feel.

Whether you’ve just finished a countryside walk, you’re gathering the family, or just fancy a long, lazy lunch, this is Sunday dining done The Stag way.
