Strong, fruity and refreshing. This shorter cocktail lives up to its name by combining award winning Navy Strength Gin with apple and raspberry. Switch out the Gin for Seedlip 108 if you fancy!

Sloe Rail (Mocktail Available) £12/£11

What do you do when you have an abundance of homemade Sloe syrup in the New Year? Add Rum of course! With a citrus kick and slight herbal notes, this drink is sure to please. An even sweeter mocktail version is available with our non-alcoholic Amaretti!

Bombay Coco Cognac £12.5

It’s not yet summer, but we thought to bring a little tropical goodness to The Stag, whilst still honouring the current season. Muddled Pears, Coconut and Cognac are the stars of the show in this highball. We’ve added a touch of spice to really brighten up the darker evenings.
